For Stovetop Cooking: Saute spinach in 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter in a large skillet for 1 minute or until starting to wilt. Remove from heat; season to taste with salt and pepper. For Microwave Cooking: Do not microwave spinach in plastic bag. Place spinach and 2 tablespoons of water into a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, tightly covered, for 1-2 minutes, depending on your microwave, or until starting to wilt. Drain excess water; season with salt and pepper. Great for salads & cooking. Keep refrigerated.
