Just add water to unlock middle eastern flavours. Cooking instructions: 1. Add 2/3 cups of cold water to the mixture in a bowl. Combine well and leave to stand for 3-4 mins. 2. Shape the mixture using a spoon into 12 golf ball sized balls. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 mins or airfry at 375 degrees F for 15 mins flip once, or fry in hot oil for 3 mins, turning every 20 secs until golden brown. 4.
