Combine potatoes and sauce mix in 1-1/2-quart baking dish. 2. Stir in 1-1/2 cups boiling water, 3/4 cup milk, and 1 tbsp. butter or margarine. 3. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
