Cooking Instructions: Ramen Noodles: Prepare according to instructions. In a medium pot boil 8 cups (2 liters) water, add lemon grass stalks, kaffir leaves, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and chili paste. Simmer for 10- 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lemon grass stalks and Kaffir leaves with a colander spoon. To the broth add shiitake mushrooms, quartered tomatoes and chili spices and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the snow peas and simmer for a futher 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add lime juice, simmer for another 1 minute. To Serve: Divide the ramen noodles between 4 bowls and add the hot soup. Season to taste. Easy noodle preparation serves 4: Bring 8 cups (2 liters) of water to a boil. Add 4 portions Explore Cuisine Brown Rice Ramen Noodles. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
