Cooking Preparation: 1. Boil 4 quarts of water in a large pot. Add approx. 1 tbsp. salt. 2. Remove gnocchi from pouch and add to boiling water. 3. Boil for 2 min, stirring occasionally, until all the gnocchi float to the top. 4. Drain in a colander and serve with your favorite DeLallo sauce. Dress Your Pasta: Brown butter & fresh sage sauce.
