Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Salt to taste, if desired. Add pasta and return to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil uncovered for 6-8 minutes (Cooking directions are a guideline and may be altered slightly) or until desired tenderness. Cook thoroughly until internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove from heat and drain. Gently coat with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and top with freshly grated cheese to complete the dish. Keep refrigerated. Once package has been opened, the product must be stored in a sealed container and consumed within 3 days under refrigeration (34 F to 39 F).
