Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: In a large pot, bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil for each cup of farro. Add a pinch of salt is desired. Rinse desired amount of farro in a strainer. Add the rinsed farro to the boiling water, reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat, drain out extra water, fluff with a fork and season to taste. Store in a cool, dry and clean place away from strong light and odor. Once opened reseal well.
