Ingredients: 2 cups water; 1 cup Hannaford Quinoa. Stovetop Directions: Run cold water over quinoa in a fine-meshed strainer. In 1.5 quart saucepan, add 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water. Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Add salt and butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in quinoa. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff gently with a fork and serve.
