4 Servings. Ingredients: 1 cup hannaford Jasmine Rice, 2 cups water, 1 tbsp butter (optional) salt to taste. Directions: In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in rice, salt and butter (optional) and return to a boil over medium - high heat. Reduce heat to low and let rice simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
