Quick thaw: Remove shrimp from packaging. Place in a plastic bag and seal. Place bag in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. Consume within 48 hours. Important: cook from thaw to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. We have tried to remove all shell. Please be careful in case we missed a piece. Do not refreeze. Keep frozen.
