Cook thoroughly. Speedy salmon: 3 atlantic salmon fillets (40z each), thawed 5 tbsp. Light italian salad dressing 1 tsp. Mustard. Mix dressing and mustard and pour half of the mixture over fish. Marinate in refrigerator (20-30 minutes). Remove fish from marinade and place in broiling pan (discard used marinade). Turn broiler on high. Baste fish with reserved half of marinade and broil on top rack (10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part) cook to an internal temperature of 145 degree f or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Thawing instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place fillets into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thaw. Microwave: Place fillets in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes to an internal temperature of 145 degree F. Fillets should flake with a fork when done. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Baking instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degree f. Season portions on both sides as desired. Place portions in greased or oiled baking dish and bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at thickest part of the portion). Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degree f. Pan frying instructions: season portions on both sides and fry in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil on medium heat in a heavy frying pen. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side (145 degree f internal temperature) or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Thicker portions will take longer to cook. Keep frozen - Do not refreeze. Keep frozen at 0 degree F(-18 degree C).
