Cooking Instructions: Oven preparation: Thawed pre heat oven to 400 degrees place pinwheel on a lightly oiled baking sheet cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake in pre heated oven for 16-20 minutes until fish is cooked through. Note: Cooking times may vary internal temperature should be 165 degrees.
