How to Prepare: Stovetop (Preferred Method): Thaw lobster cakes under refrigeration immediately before ready to cook. Melt 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter in a pan over low heat. Heat thawed lobster cakes in hot pan for 6 minutes on each side, until cakes are lightly browned and heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C). Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove frozen lobster cakes from package, and place frozen cakes on baking sheet. Place baking sheet with frozen cakes in oven for 25 minutes, until lobster cakes are lightly browned and heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C). Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
