Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Skillet (Preferred Cooking Method): Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10-11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Conventional Oven: Place rack 6 inches away from boil heating element. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Flip halfway. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10-13 minutes, Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Note: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1500-watt air fryer. These instructions are only a guideline.
