Thawing Process (from Frozen): to defrost shrimp, place desired quantity of skewers in colander and rinse under cold water for 5 to 7 minutes. Preparation: for food safety, follow heating instructions. Note: Heating equipment may vary and heat time may require adjusting. Heating Instructions: Heat product to internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Cooking Directions: Grill: Set grill temperature to medium high heat Oil of marinade shrimp, place shrimp skewers on grill and cook 2-½ minutes per side or until shrimp becomes fully opaque and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place shrimp skewers on a greased baking pan. Bake for 7-10 minutes until shrimp becomes fully opaque and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Air fry for 7-9 minutes until shrimp becomes fully opaque and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Sautéing: Preheat pan to medium high heat and add a few tablespoons of butter or oil. Cook shrimp skewers for 2 minutes per side or until shrimp becomes fully opaque and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Do not refreeze. Once thawed.
