The freshest seafood since 1942. All natural. Dry. Ready to cook. 40/80 scallops per pound. Wild caught. Singleton Seafood sources Queen Scallops in the northeastern Atlantic near the Faroe Islands. Our relationship with the fishery allows Singleton to bring you sustainably caught scallops that are all natural and delicious.

Thawing Instructions: Remove scallops from bag, thaw in a colander or strainer under cold running water for approximately three minutes. Pat dry and use immediately. Cooking Instructions: Sauté Scallops in hot butter or oil over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. BOIL in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain, chill and use in your favorite seafood salad recipe. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
