Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) Sauteed Onion Base in 8 oz. boiling water. Steak, Green Bean and Onion Stir Fry: Whisk together 2 tbsp Sautéed Onion Base with 2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 4 tsp soy sauce, 4 tsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp fresh grated ginger. Heat 2 tbsp canola oil in skillet and cook 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak with 1 tsp pepper, set aside. Heat 1 tbsp canola oil in same pan and cook 1/2 lb of green beans with 1 thinly sliced onion. Return steak to pan and stir in sauce; bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened. Garnish with 2 thinly sliced green onions and 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds. Makes 4 servings, enjoy!
