Prep & Cooking Directions: Soak or Boil: Cover in cold water overnight -12hrs or boil 1c beans in 4c of water on high for 2 min. If Boiling: remove from heat, cover, let stand for 2 hrs then drain & rinse. Cook: Add 8c of water to 1c beans & simmer on low for 1 hr or until tender. Ready to Serve: Drain, then season with salt & pepper to taste!
