Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add 1 lb ground beef. Cook over medium-high heat and stir until meat is browned. Add one jar Chili Starter and one 15.5 Oz. can of red kidney beans that have been rinsed and drained. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes and serve with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream. Serves 4-6. Refrigerate after opening.
